Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September, discover behind the scenes of the first sports equipment built by the MEL inaugurated in 1976 and which celebrates its 50th anniversary.
Built in 1975 and inaugurated in 1976, the Stadium, based in Villeneuve d'Ascq, is the first sports facility of the European Metropolis of Lille. It now extends over 15 hectares and includes a stadium of honor with 10,000 seats and several multifunctional sports areas. Its modular and very well maintained facilities allow it to host many events for more than 40 years, whether national and international sports events or concerts.
