We will be open on Sunday, September 21st from 09:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 16:30 in free visit only.
There is therefore no need to book.
The production will operate that day, so you can discover the entire manufacturing process thanks to our master nougat makers as well as explanatory signs.
There will also be someone in the workshop to answer any questions you might have.
The schedules concerning the coulées de nougat are as follows (+ or - 5 minutes):

• 10am - 11am - 12pm
• 14h - 15h - 16h
  It’s the key moment of the visit, so it is "important" to be there if you want to fully enjoy your visit within the confectionery.
  The store will also be open if you wish to make purchases.
