Open 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, the Production Operational Center (COP) Nord Hauts-de-France is a strategic center, the nervous system of TER Hauts-de-France. This represents 850 circulations per day in the north of the region. These are 13 workstations with 61 operators who manage operational production hazards to minimize the inconvenience for our travelers.
