Friday, July 10 from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, come and learn about straw marquetry with Anne-Lise from Maison Paille and create a tray with custom colors.
The workshop begins with an essential choice: straw colors to customize your creation. Then learn how to open and crush the straw using a folder, to make flat areas of color before cutting your patterns. That’s when the magic operates and that your work truly takes shape!
Apply your creations to a support. and learn the chevron technique, adding a touch of sophistication to your project.
More than just an activity, come to recharge in disconnection, leaving aside the daily concerns to focus on creation. Thanks to the softness of the touch of straw, you will experience a true moment of sharing and relaxation.
At the end of the workshop, you will leave with a beautiful tray in straw marquetry, made by your hands, and that you can be proud to use!
