Friday, July 18 from 10:00 to 12:30, learn to cook Japanese noodles like in mangas and enjoy them!

  • Makes buckwheat flour with manual flour mills
  • Makes soba noodles with the help of a chef
  • Develops the broth to cook the noodles
  • At the end of the workshop, you will be able to taste the ramen that you have cooked!
    ! Beware of food allergies!
    Ingredients used: garlic, ginger, chili, onion, tomato concentrate, soy sauce, bok choy, edaname, tofu, peanut, coriander, black sesame
