Sowing winter vegetables

To harvest vegetables throughout the winter in the vegetable garden, you need to prepare yourself for them as early as the summer. It is often forgotten that seeds need heat to germinate properly and that vegetables then require several weeks, or even months, to reach maturity. Beets, carrots, leeks, beans, turnips or chews: these crops are sown in summer, some until the end of August, to ensure good harvests during the winter season.
