After 30 years of dictatorship, the portrait of a Sudanese youth, who by his words, poems and creations defies military repression and fights for his dreams of democracy. By crossing their itineraries, Hind Meddeb articulates the fragments of an impossible revolution, from its promising beginnings until the war destroys everything, putting the Sudanese on the roads of exile. Gradually, the links are woven throughout a correspondence between the director and the protagonists of the film.
The screening will be followed by a discussion with the association Sound of Soudan.
