Reels of films sleep on archive shelves in Serbia. Mila Turajlić uncovers them and goes to meet the man who filmed them: Stevan Labudović. From 1954, he captured on film for the account of Tito and the former Yugoslavia, the anti-imperialist fights and the opposition to the idea of a bipolar world shared between East and West. His images tell the emergence of the «Third World» on the international scene and a political utopia: the non-aligned movement.
