For the first time on the park, several artisans of the historical reconstruction will offer for sale leather and wooden objects, ceramics and jewelry, illustrations and wrought iron utensils.
On the "Vrai-faux marché" of the Cie du Bords des Mondes, in an authentic setting inspired by the fairs of yesteryear, characters both funny and disturbing will interact with you. Evoking the time of Rabelais or the hilarious atmosphere of Les Visiteurs, a washerwoman, a bonesetter, a butcher-surgeon and a rat killer will offer a real living caricature of the markets of the Middle Ages in improvised sketches, mixing humor and interactions with the public. At 11:45, 14:00, 15:30 and 17:00.
A must-see at the festival, the neo-medieval music group Tales of Tengri will set the park on fire each time they perform. Armed with their imposing bagpipes and rumbling drums, the band will offer more impressive musical performances than the others. Tales of Tengri is a lively music, an insane energy and a closeness to the audience that transports visitors in a trance halfway between tribal ritual and rock show. At 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:45 p.m., 4:15 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.
The park will also offer many ongoing participatory workshops: archaeological excavations, weaving, ceramics, ancient games, making neolithic cakes, creating a soapstone pearl.
