The Museum of the Countess’s Hospice

Founded in 1237 by Countess Jeanne of Flanders, this former hospital now houses the city’s art and history museum. Collections and ambiance rooms evoke the intimacy of a Flemish house and draw the portrait of Lille in past centuries. The Museum also presents numerous exhibitions of contemporary art.
