Come discover the ancestral art of fashion, participate in a workshop to make a crop and learn all the steps of making clothes from the past. You will attend a fashion show from before our century.
Meeting: from 11 am, opening of the park at 10 am

All the activities are included in the entrance fee to the Museum
Throughout the weekend, dive into the exhibition "Three textile workers around 1900", a sensitive journey to the heart of gestures, materials and lives of yesteryear.
Saturday, May 2nd:
From 10am to 2pm: like every first Saturday of the month, enjoy free shopping from 10am to 1pm and shop at our local farmers' market!
From 10am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm: visit the three levels of our Moulin de Vaudricourt with our millers.
At 11am and 5pm: appointment with the museum animals for a guided tour led by one of our villagers in reconstruction.
From 2pm to 6pm, like every first Saturday of the month, your children can enjoy a sweet moment of escape during pony rides
At 3 PM: parade of villagers from the museum, dressed in costumes from yesterday and today, mixing the elegance of the city with the rustic charm of the countryside.
4:30 PM: let yourself be carried away by a lively lecture on clothing of yesteryear, between stories, fabrics and memories. Duration: 45 minutes to 1 hour, by Aglaé Plaéte.
Sunday, May 3rd
At 11am and 6pm: appointment with the museum’s animals for a guided tour led by one of our villagers in reconstruction. Treasure hunt: Open access. Compose the bride’s trousseau.
At 3 PM: parade of yesteryear: attend the fashion show of my 18th to 19th century.
At 4 PM: costume contest: runway show. Vote for the costumes you prefer
At 6 PM: find the result of the bride’s dress The bride’s dress.
At 2 PM and 4:30 PM: LSY conferences:
14h to 18h: Take the opportunity to immortalize your visit with a photo in the spirit of yesteryear thanks to the photo Booth "La Mode d'Antan" by Vanessa Ducoin.
From 10am to 12pm and from 1pm to 6pm: "A day at the heart of tapestry" With Émilie Poteau by the artist "A Pâquerette in your hair". Dive into the fascinating universe of high-smoothed tapestry through a day of discovery and awareness. Throughout the animation, Émilie exhibits different woven pieces as well as the tools and creation steps; she will perform a live demonstration on a high-smoothed loom. A second loom is also available to allow the public to learn: each person who wishes can discover the gesture of weaving and leave with a first concrete experience of this ancient art.
From 10am to 12pm and from 1pm to 6pm: "From the sheep’s fleece to the garment" with Les Bidules de Chouch offers you to discover how, before industrialization, wool was treated: from the shearing of the animal to the creation of a yarn for making clothes, Through felting or the creation of art threads. You will be able to discover and experiment the sorting of wool. You will discover the washing steps then the carding of the wool. Then you will attend the spinning of the wool at the wheel and can experiment with spindle spinning.
At 3 PM: workshop makes your crop: With Aglaé Plaete: Duration 1 hour Ancestor of the tie and the lavallière, was a flagship accessory of the 17th and 18th century. From the bourgeois, noble or even musketeers, this element in cotton, linen and lace was worn by both women and men of those times. Come make yours from natural textiles. , jabot from 8 years 12 participants on registration
