The Fête de la Commune returns to Capinghem on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 May 2025!

A festive and warm weekend awaits you with music, shows, entertainment, delicacies and good mood.
Between the small train, concerts, karting, exhibitions of motorcycles and vintage cars, children’s games and delights to enjoy on site... There will be something for all tastes and ages!

Saturday, May 17
From 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.: exhibition of old motorcycles and start of a walk in the Flanders Mountains (parking lot of the Salle Gesquière, rue d'Ennetières).
From 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.: Junicode (Lucie Aubrac school group court).
19h: free rock and pop-rock concert by the band No Name Yet, salle Gesquière.
Restoration:
Afternoon: Sweet food truck; small catering provided by APEIC, UNC, Cap'Arts and the Association Sportive de Capinghem (chips: 3.50 euros; croustillons: 2.50 euros).
Evening: fries (3.50 euros), croustillons (2.50 euros), drinks. Sale of appetizers during the concert (mixed plates charcuterie/ cheeses: 5 euros on reservation).
Sunday, May 18
From 10 am to 6 pm: Exhibition of vintage and prestige cars (parking lot of the Salle Gesquière, rue d'Ennetières).
From 10 am to 6 pm: karting for adults and children (court of the school group Lucie Aubrac).
From 10 am to 6 pm: make-up stand (in front of the Lucie Aubrac school gate).
From 10 am to 6 pm: inflatable structures for children and toddlers (school group Lucie Aubrac).
From 10:30 to 11:30: association Cap Gym (10h30-11h: initiation to the TABATA method; 11h-11h30: course of Madison).
From 12:00 to 13:00: concert of traditional music by the association Kernelyd (Salle Gesquière, rue d'Ennetières).
From 3pm to 4pm: theatrical performance by the association Le Petit Théâtre A Nat H Ol (Salle Gesquière, rue d'Ennetières).
From 3 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.: petanque competition by the Club de l'Amitié (bowling alley, in front of the Salle Gesquière, rue d'Ennetières).
All day: small catering provided by associations (fries: 3.50 euros; croustillons: 2.50 euros, barbecue sausages, merguez, fricadelles; beers, soft, sweet, coffee).
Free Little Train connection offered by the town hall, between the Humanicité district and the Bourg!
