Exhibition: "Series Les Faux-Semblants" by N2C Urban Pop Artist.
With Les Faux-semblants, N2C explores the image we give of ourselves and the way in which clothing shapes our identities. This hybrid series borrows as much from art history as from urban aesthetics, and questions the gap between what we show and what we are.
Three main narratives structure this work:

• The classic Figures diverted
• The revisited Icons
• Teenagers
  In Les Faux-semblants, these three narratives dialogue and compose a fresco where popular culture and classical art, intimacy and collective identity, heritages and reinventions intersect.
  Artist from Lille, N2C develops a hybrid practice combining photomontage and pictorial interventions.
