Since 2019, the PACTE law allows companies to adopt the status of a mission-driven company, by including in their articles of association a raison d'être, social and/or environmental objectives, and a dedicated governance body. This conference gives the floor to practitioners: Sandra Holcapfelova (Group Project Manager, Cofidis), Anne Heintz (Expert-Comptable Audit Durabilité et OTI, PKF Arsilon) and Marc-Antoine Noiret (Managing Director of Noiret Patrimoine, which has transferred 100% of its shares to its endowment fund). Program: 9 a.m. reception, 9:30 a.m. testimonies, 10:30 a.m. Q&A session, 11:00 a.m. end.
