The CAUE du Nord opens the doors of the Maison des territoires and invites visitors to understand the evolving territory in order to participate in the evolutions of their living spaces.
At 98 rue des Stations, the CAUE du Nord has a place open to all dedicated to mediation in the fields of architecture, urbanism, environment and landscapes: the Maison des territoires du Nord.
This resource, awareness and training site on the transformation of the territory is based on observation and knowledge sharing. The evolution of territories is considered in a prospective and participatory approach. Thus, the objective is to involve all citizens, from residents to decision-makers, in order to design shared projects, adapted to the territory, to the needs of users and which respond to climate and societal challenges.
The presentation of the educational device is offered upon registration. Visitors will also be able to discover the renovated building and its garden, as well as the history of its establishment in the district and the city.
