Every week, treat yourself to an appointment with yourself: a free and conscious dance time, to release the body, express your emotions, play, laugh and regain fluidity and vitality. This meditation in movement, on varied music, invites you to go beyond judgments and to welcome your feelings with joy and kindness.
Accessible to all, without age or level limit.
