Kan-sheng spends his time wandering the streets of Taipei on foot or by moped. One day, while exceptionally driving in his father’s taxi, he notices a young man on a motorcycle. The latter, annoyed by his father’s horn shots, breaks the car’s mirror. Kang-sheng finds him some time later and follows him. What follows is a progressive fascination of Kan-sheng for this young man and his girlfriend.
