Setting up shop is not just about finding a place. It means choosing an environment that is consistent with your business, your clientele and your development objectives.
This workshop, proposed by the EME and conducted with the Lille CCI, helps you structure your thinking and secure your decisions: selection criteria, area analysis, visibility, accessibility, costs, constraints, partners, networks, and steps to anticipate.
Objectives

  • Define the right criteria to choose your location
  • Understand the impact of the location on your activity: customers, flows, image, recruitment
  • Identify points of vigilance: costs, lease, constraints, regulations
  • Identify the resources and actors to mobilize on the territory
  • Leave with a simple method and a roadmap

  • Clarify your needs: activity, target, catchment area, channels
  • Key criteria: accessibility, flow, competition, visibility, parking, transport
  • Costs and constraints: charges, lease, works, insurance, regulations

  • Implementation: criteria grid and action plan
